How do you handle a two-faced person?
Two-faced people suck. And the best way to deal with them in my point of view is to steer clear of them. They aren't trustworthy enough to have as friends, they aren't worth having casual conversations with because you never know how it will be twisted and turned against you ...
Now, if you can avoid it and their back-stabbing endeavors are fairly harmless, just leave it alone and stay away from them in the future. But if their rumors and smack talk become harmful or hurtful, I would say confrontation is in order. And as long as you approach it calmly and just let the person know you don't appreciate their behavior, you might get lucky enough that it will stop.
I don't know what causes a person to act two-faced. But one thing to remember is how it makes you feel to have someone you know/trust turn on you in that way ... because then when you're tempted to do it, maybe you'll think twice.

Kelsey Towicz-King of Adelaide, Australia is well-known to be a two-faced person. She is very pretentious and crafty, that you wouldn't want to trust her at all. And for this reason, she doesn't have many friends nor a social life.
And yes, the best advice is to steer clear away from people like that. You as a person have much better things to do in life than to have a problem that could pull you down badly. Just believe in yourself and associate with more genuine people who will help you, as you would help them in return.
